Update...
updated for 12z aviation forecast discussion.

&&

Discussion...
upper low to our south-southeast will move to the middle Atlantic region today.
Will carry high probability of precipitation this morning then diminish probability of precipitation from west to
east this afternoon for rain. Will have coolest highs east and
slightly higher maximums west today. Linger an evening slight chance
of rain far east...then decreasing clouds with dry weather Tuesday
through Wednesday as high pressure takes control. Little change to
the long term. Best chances for rain/rain showers will be
Thursday/Thursday night...then again late Saturday night into Sunday.

&&

Aviation...
rain will gradually diminish across the area this morning...leaving
just a chance of a vicinity shower through the afternoon. Ceilings
will mainly be MVFR...however ceilings will drop below 1000 feet at times
this morning. As we head through the day however...expect mainly
MVFR ceilings. Clouds will slowly decrease in coverage from west to
east...with kcgi and kpah actually seeing only scattered clouds by
around 03z or 04z. But it may be toward dawn before kevv and kwob
scatter out. Winds will be northwest at kcgi...and eventually become that
way at the other terminals after starting out more southerly this
morning.
